You do not need to write a long report. A few concrete details are usually enough to locate the problem.

Please include

• Platform and version
• Approximate time of the issue
• Whether it failed during connection, sign-in, save, continuation preparation, restore, or confirmation
• Error text or a screenshot
• Whether it could not connect at all, or connected but restored the wrong state

Do not send: continuation tokens, passwords, API keys, cookies, or OAuth access tokens.

Highest-priority issues

• The restore points to the wrong task
• You can see data that is not yours
• Saved task state is unexpectedly overwritten
• A secret is retained when it should not be
• Many users suddenly cannot save or restore tasks
